Notification continue to not work, even after "a fix" has been done. Makes it extremely challenging to manage when key features continue to have issues and not work correctly. This has been an on going issues for the 2.5 years I've been required to use this program. So many companies utilize this program, why does this continue to be an opportunity? I do appreciate the data we get from this to help analysis and get better. Please actually fix the notification problem. Not just a wet bandaid.

Responding to Alerts just is horrible. The typing just lags a lot. It almost makes me feel like my new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra [the most powerful android phone] is very slow. This is not just on this phone but it was the same in my previous android phone. Not sure if the typing lag bug is only on android but it definitely needs a fix.

The Medallia app for hotel satisfaction feedback fell short in several areas. Its cumbersome user interface and lengthy, repetitive review process made navigation and providing feedback tedious. Lack of customization options and technical glitches further hindered the user experience. Integration with other platforms was also lacking. Despite potential, significant improvements are needed in interface simplicity, review process efficiency, customization options and functionality.
